Instructions For Students

Instruction for Student Registration
  1. A student refers to any living individual, regardless of gender (male, female, or transgender), who is at least 18 years old and is either currently studying or employed, and eligible for registration at LAWASSA.
  2. Students enrolling in the LAWASSA LMS course must provide the following during registration: their valid name, date of birth, country of current residence (from where the course is being pursued), and a recent photograph in JPEG format (dimensions: 52–72 KB).
  3. A valid identity card is defined as an official, universally unique identification number issued by the resident country’s authority. A JPEG copy of the ID (dimensions: 200×200 KB) must also be uploaded.
    • The identity details provided will be verified as needed by a third party for credential validation. Such details will only be shared with the third party upon obtaining the student’s explicit consent.
    • Providing false or incorrect information may result in registration cancellation without a refund and could lead to legal action under the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
  4. While optional, students interested in career advancement are encouraged to submit a one-page document in PDF format detailing their qualifications and professional experience.
  5. During registration, the country of residence will be verified based on the information in the authenticated identity card. Students residing in India are required to pay the applicable GST percentage in addition to the course fee. Students residing outside India are exempt from GST.
    • Working professionals must provide their GST details to claim reverse credit, if applicable.
  6. All students registering for the course will receive a certificate only after achieving the minimum passing marks specified for each course. Students are advised to clear the course within the first or second attempt, but they may continue attempting until the required passing marks are achieved, as mandated under each course heading.
