T & C for Faculty Registration

  • Eligibility for Faculty Registration:
    Individuals eligible to register as faculty must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in their respective fields. They should possess in-depth knowledge of their subject, consider themselves experts, and be able to relate their course content to one or more of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 169 associated targets.
  • Accuracy of Professional Credentials:
    Faculty must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their professional credentials, educational background, and qualifications to the best of their knowledge.
  • Copyright and Intellectual Property:
    All course content created by faculty is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. LMS – LAWASSA encourages faculty to create original content based on their expertise and experience. Proper references must be cited for any external sources used.
  • Responsibility for Legal Compliance:
    LMS – LAWASSA is an open learning platform and does not accept liability for any legal disputes, copyright infringements, or intellectual property violations related to faculty-created course content. Faculty are solely responsible for addressing and resolving any legal disputes, paying penalties, and covering all associated expenses arising from such cases.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    In cases involving legal disputes, the governing copyright laws of the relevant jurisdictions will apply. If both parties agree, LMS – LAWASSA may act as an arbitrator to facilitate resolution, especially in disputes involving technology, scientific models, diagrams, etc. Faculty are strongly advised to avoid such situations or seek prior permissions from content owners where applicable.
  • Membership Options and Benefits:
    Faculty must choose one of the following membership plans to upload courses on the platform:
    • Life Membership: Fee: ₹11,000 (Pay Now)
    • My membership fee must be deducted from my earning
    • Benefits: Upload unlimited courses with a 20% revenue share from course sales.
    •  Tenure: 10 years
    • Recommended for faculty with plans to create a series of courses.
  •  Faculty Support Services:
    Optional support provided by LMS – LAWASSA includes:
    • Assistance in aligning course content with the 17 UN SDGs.
    • Content flow improvement and language enhancement (e.g., Grammarly checks).
    • Guidance on developing course modules, including audio/video integration.
    • Reference sourcing support.
    • Help in designing course quizzes.

Mandatory services include:

    • Web hosting and security for courses on the LAWASSA platform.
    • Voice cloning for course content.
    • Plagiarism check of the content of the slide
    • Marketing and promotion of courses.
    • Organizing webinars or podcasts upon faculty request.
    • Guidance on market-demanded courses.
    • Assistance in achieving international content standards.
    • Monthly disbursement of faculty revenue shares.
  • Course Upload Requirements: Faculty must adhere to the following when uploading courses:
    • Prepare a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) with a specified number of slides based on course complexity.
    • Provide the content of each slide in a separate Word document.
    • Submit a one-minute audio sample of the faculty’s voice.
  • Course Complexity Tiers and Pricing: Courses are categorized into five tiers to cater to diverse learners:
    • Basic:Introductory level (1-1.5 hours, 10-15 slides/module, ₹500/10 USD)
    • Intermediate:Deeper exploration (1.5-2 hours, 10-15 slides/module, ₹750/20 USD)
    • Advanced:Comprehensive coverage (2-3 hours, 10-15 slides/module, ₹1,200/30 USD)
    • Master:Specialized expertise (5-6 hours, 10-15 slides/module, ₹2,500/50 USD)
    • Professional:Career-focused certification (25 hours, 21 modules, ₹15,000–₹25,000/500 USD)
  • NOTE: Alignment with SDGs:
    LAWASSA LMS courses are designed to contribute to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals through education and capacity building. Each course aligns with specific SDGs and empowers learners to address global challenges such as poverty, inequality, and climate change.

By integrating SDG principles into its educational framework, LAWASSA LMS ensures that its courses equip learners to drive meaningful change in their respective fields.
